Delivery Times

Normal delivery time is 1–5 business days within Norway.

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on destination and carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

International Orders (DDP)

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
This means:

  • taxes, VAT, customs duties and import fees are included in the price
  • no additional import charges will be due upon delivery
  • Yama handles all applicable import charges


Order Processing

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Orders are normally packed and shipped within 24 hours.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Notifications

You will receive updates directly from the carrier when:

  • your order has shipped
  • your parcel is out for delivery
  • or ready for pickup at your local service point
